On the nose, the juniper is immediately prominent, with spices in the background. Aromas of angelica, coriander, and citrus are also present, with a relatively strong ethanol sensation. On the palate, the gin is quite creamy and rich, initially peppery, with a finish of pine, orange, and sweet spices.
It is distilled in a copper still using 10 ingredients, and the exact recipe has remained secret for over 150 years.
It is the perfect base for a good gin & tonic or a cocktail.
