Broker’s Gin is a pure grain spirit flavored with ten botanicals: juniper, coriander, iris root, nutmeg, Cassia bark (a spice similar to cinnamon), additional cinnamon, angelica root, licorice, and lemon and orange peels, which have been steeped in the pure spirit for 24 hours.
