The history of Ron Millonario begins in 1904 in northern Peru, when a group of farmers came together to sell their sugar. In 1922, Don Rolando purchased the farm, and in 1933, he sent his son to study in England. In 1938, his son shipped a milling machine and a distillation device from London, and in 1950, he officially founded Ron Millonario. Today, the company is owned by the Italian Rossi & Rossi, which also manages Rum Nation.

The rum is presented in a distinctive woven straw packaging and is a premium spirit aged using the solera method for 15 years. It is characterized by rich aromas of dried fruits, coconut, and sweet spices, while on the palate, it is elegant with a sweet and spicy finish.
