Inspired by the famous beaches of the Côte d’Azur and the landscapes of Provence, Gin d’Azur is enriched not only with juniper but also with the botanicals of Provence, such as thyme, rosemary, lavender, marjoram, savory, anise, and Menton lemon peel. Each ingredient is harvested at its peak aromatic maturity, then distilled separately in copper stills and highlighted with a touch of Camargue salt.
