Don Papa Masskara is an exceptional rum that has been aged in American bourbon oak barrels and enhanced with local characteristics from the island of Negros in the Philippines. In addition to the primary aging, the rum is enriched with honey from the Kanlaon forest, local Calamansi citrus (Calamondin), and the local spicy Siling Labuyo pepper. These elements add a unique flavor dimension to the rum, combining sweet and spicy notes with its distinctive character.
