How can I place an order ?

The first step is to register at the balaskas shop in case you are a new user or login if you are already a registered user. Then you can add the products you are interested in along with the prefered date and time of delivery.

What should I do if I want to add or remove a product from my order ?

What payment methods are accepted ?

You can pay by debit,credit or prepaid card (Visa / Mastercard) through your final step of the placement of your order,by transferring or depositing money to the bank account or uppon delivery.

Are there any delivery charges for my order ?

Our delivery is free from 08:00 until 21:00. After 21:00 there is a charge of 30 Euros.

What are the order days and hours ?

You can place your order any time of the day, on weekdays or weekends.(24/7)

What are the delivery days and hours ?

Orders are being delivered for free all week, from Monday to Sunday 08:00 – 21:00. After 21:00 there is a charge of 30 Euros.

Can i have my order delivered abroad?

We can delivery your order to the marinas located in Attica area.We don’t deliver overseas.

Can you do same day deliveries ?

Balaskas company offers same day delivery. Please note that we need at least 4 hours to prepare your order.

How are the ordres being delivered to the costumers ?

Orders are brought to you with our modern fleet of vehicles which consists of 4 minivans and 12 refrigerated trucks.

Can you transport costumers to a store ?

We can offer you transportation from any harbour of Athens (except Lavrio) to our closest shop and return you back for free.

How can I change the personal detailes of my account ?

After logging in using your email and password, you can visit your account page and edit your personal details.

What can I do if I forget my password ?

From the login page, you can click “I forgot my password” and then follow the instructions provided. You will regain access to your account shortly after.

How long do my favourite products stay saved ?

You can have access to your favourites list as long as you save the products as a registered user.

Is there any way to check my past orders ?

You can access the details of previous orders at any time.

Can I have my invoice send to me via email ?

Upon request, we can send you the invoice via email.

I misplaced my invoice, can it be reissued ?

All of your order invoices are stond in your account page and are accessible whenever you feel like.

What should I do if I am unhappy with a product?

The most important element of the balaskas company is to ensure the best quality of our products. However,  if you are not happy with a product, contact us at +30 210 9830268 and we will proceed with to an immediate replacement.

How do you maintain product quality and safety ?

Our prior concern is to maintain the high quality of the products. All of our suppliers meet strict specifications and the products are thoroughly checked upon delivery. Furthermore, products are beeing placed in suitable storage areas with specific temperatures.

Balaskas cooperates with all major multinational companies as well as hundreds of  Greek and International suppliers.

Why is there a charge for plastic bags and how much is it ?

Plastic bags are charged 0,04 cents according to the law 4496/2017 which introduced directive 2015/720EU  as of 1st January 2018 in order to limit their use.The European directive concerns among other supermarkets as defined in article 44 of health directive A1B 8577/1983.
