Organoleptic Characteristics:
The wine has a bright lemon-green color. Its aroma is intense and pervasive, with abundant scents of citrus and exotic fruits, accompanied by notes of flowers and freshly cut grass. On the palate, it is exceptionally pleasant, with refreshing acidity, a flavor rich in fruity elements, and a lasting finish.
Pairings:
It pairs perfectly with vegetable fritters, salads, asparagus omelet, artichokes, peas, seafood dishes, and small fried fish. Best served at 8-10°C.
