Our Chardonnay comes from the unique Choulebaina vineyard, one of our first vineyards that was cultivated with great success. This vineyard, in addition to its distinctive soil composed of limestone and clay, also combines a perfect ecosystem created by the interaction between sea currents and the mountains.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
The wine features a bright lemon color with greenish highlights. Its aromatic bouquet includes citrus fruits and ripe stone fruits. On the palate, the wine is rich with a full body, and noticeable hints of bitter almond. The wine’s acidity is well-balanced, and it leaves a long, enjoyable finish.
Pairings:
It pairs excellently with seafood such as grilled sardines, white meat with rich white sauces, and pasta salads. Best served at 8-10°C.
