This wine is characterized by intense aromas of strawberry, red raspberry, rose, and notes of bubblegum. On the palate, it is smooth, with a strong fruity and refreshing character, where red fruits dominate, leaving a pleasant, sweet aftertaste. It has balanced acidity and a light body.
Pairings:
It pairs perfectly with salads with sweet and sour sauces, shrimp, fruits, smoked or grilled salmon, Asian cuisine, spicy dishes, dakos, fresh pasta with red sauce, and pizza. Best served at 7-10°C.
