The ancient Greek variety, Limnio, has undergone maturation for six months in oak barrels, employing pioneering winemaking techniques. This micro-oxygenation process creates a wine with delicate aromas of red fruits, complemented by subtle oak aromas.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
The wine boasts a deep ruby color, with aromas of black cherry, pomegranate, and hints of pepper, curry, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is robust with good acidity and integrated tannins. It is both full-bodied and elegant, with a long, peppery finish.
Pairings:
Pairs well with beef and lamb, hard and aged cheeses, pasta, grilled vegetables, and richly flavored soups. Serve at 16-18°C.
