The Tomatin Distillery, founded in 1897, is located in a remote and scenic environment. Initially, it lacked a local workforce as most residents were shepherds and farmers. To address this, the distillery built housing for its workers, becoming the heart of the local community by providing homes for its craftsmen.
Tomatin Legacy, a non-peated Scotch whisky, is matured in bourbon and Virgin Oak casks, giving it a gentle sweetness. On the nose, it offers aromas of vanilla, white chocolate, and cinnamon. On the palate, fresh fruits and ginger are present, leading to a light and clean finish.
