This single malt from the Highlands of Scotland is produced at the Tomatin distillery and is characterized by a light presence of peat. It matures in a combination of new oak barrels as well as casks that previously held bourbon and sherry. The distillation is done in small batches every winter, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
Its aromatic profile features notes of vanilla, cinnamon, apples, and raisins, with subtle hints of citrus. This ensemble is supported by a gentle layer of smoky peat, adding depth and complexity.
