Organoleptic Characteristics:
The wine has a bright lemon-green color. Fresh aromas of white-fleshed and unripe red fruits are combined with herbal notes and white flowers. Its taste is refreshing, with Xinomavro providing a lively edge and Malagouzia adding roundness and spicy touches.

It pairs perfectly with fresh salads, vegetable spring rolls, shrimp tempura, sushi, vegetable stews with white sauces, and medium-sized grilled or fried fish. Best served at 8-10°C.
