It has a pale yellow color, with a fruity and fresh aroma featuring notes of citrus and roasted almonds. The body is light, dry, elegant, and creamy, with a very fresh and clean finish that shows a well-balanced minerality and acidity.
Pairings:
It pairs wonderfully with fried fish, calamari, peas, fresh salads, and white cheeses. Best served at 10-12°C.
