The careful cultivation, harvest, and winemaking of Moschofilero and Roditis from the mountainous vineyards of the Peloponnese allow these varieties to express themselves in a very distinct and characteristic way.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
The “Orino” wine is highly aromatic, with characteristic notes of rose on the nose and subtle fruity flavors of green apple, peach, and banana. On the palate, it is elegant with crisp acidity, while tropical and floral aromas dominate. The finish is tropical and aromatic, with a lingering intensity.
Pairings:
It pairs well with seafood appetizers and fish with plenty of lemon, but it can also be enjoyed on its own. Best served at 8-10°C.
