A simple and reliable white food wine from Skouras Estate, featuring a pale yellow color and delicate aromas of white flowers and fresh yellow fruits. The wine has a soft palate, is easy to drink, well-balanced, and offers a pleasant, tasty acidity.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
It reveals notes of lemon peel and tropical fruit aromas such as avocado. On the palate, the taste is fully balanced, with dominant citrus aromas and subtle hints of jasmine and mint. In the aftertaste, the acidity leads the palate to a clean, elongated finish.
Pairings:
It pairs excellently with green salads, white cheeses like anthotyro and mizithra, as well as simple, white risottos. Best served at 8 – 10 °C.
