Fermented exclusively in stainless steel tanks, this wine undergoes a brief pre-fermentation extraction, halts malolactic fermentation, and undergoes a short maturation on fine lees. It’s characterized by aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries, sweet spices, and rose petals, offering a full and multifaceted palate.

This wine displays a bright, light cherry color with rosy highlights. The nose is vibrant and pure, featuring aromas of ripe cherries and raspberries, enhanced by hints of sweet spices, florals, and rose petals. On the palate, it has a medium body, medium to high acidity, and a slight sensation of very ripe tannins. The palate’s flavors mirror those of the nose, with additional notes of sweet grass and bubblegum. The finish is of medium length with continuous development, adding to the wine’s complexity.
Pairing:
Serve ideally at 12-13°C, pairing perfectly with salads, seafood, and charcuterie. It has the potential to age for up to 2 years from the harvest.
