The Silva Daskalaki winery is located in the picturesque village of Siva, a small agricultural village in the Municipality of Heraklion, at the 17th kilometer of the Heraklion-Moires road. The area has a long-standing tradition of viticulture and winemaking, with Siva village being a prime example of this heritage. The region is known for its diverse types of cultivation, with rich vineyards and olive groves adorning the uneven hills of the area.

Organoleptic Characteristics:

This single-varietal wine made from Moschato Spinas stands out for its remarkable aromatic richness. It boasts a bright lemon-green color and offers an intense grapey character on the nose, with captivating aromas of fresh fruits and flowers such as jasmine, citrus blossoms, gardenia, rose petals, and some delicate herbal notes. On the palate, this juicy and easy-to-drink wine, although dry, charms with the sweetness of its fruit and floral aromas, finishing with a refreshing fruity aftertaste.

It pairs excellently with fruit and vegetable salads, risotto, and fatty fish. Best served at 11 – 13°C.
