Since 2014, Ktima Sigalas has established itself in the world of distillation, making the creation of an aged tsipouro only a matter of time. This refined expression is an aged tsipouro crafted from Assyrtiko and Mavrotragano grapes, matured for two years in Vinsanto barrels and produced through double distillation.
The result is a dark honey-colored distillate, maintaining its clarity, and standing out with delightful aromas of white flowers and hints of eucalyptus. On the palate, it impresses with its complexity, where floral notes dominate, while citrus and sweet wood complete the profile, delivering a harmonious and indulgent experience.
