Organoleptic Characteristics:
The wine has a very pale, yellow-green color with a hint of gray. The nose presents intense aromas that combine freshness with ripeness. Its distinctive character is composed of lemon, melon, and rose aromas. On the palate, it is fruity but with enough ripeness to balance the CO 2 and crisp acidity. Elegant, with a touch of minerality and strong aromatic intensity that lasts from the first sip to the end of the long aftertaste.
Pairings:
It pairs perfectly with herb-rich vegetable dishes, can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, and complements fish fillet with white sauce. Best served at 9-10°C.
