A wine with an elegant character, where the floral and fruity aromas of Muscat are expressed in a refined manner. Its color is light, greenish-yellow, and bright, making it suitable even for the most discerning wine enthusiasts. The white Muscat grape used in its production comes exclusively from terraced dry stone vineyards in some of the best mountainous vineyards on the island, at altitudes of up to 800 meters!
Organoleptic Characteristics:
It features an intense nose where the floral aromas of the Muscat variety pleasantly meet impressive fruity notes, mainly of white-fleshed fruits like melon and peach, along with aromas of rose petals, apricot, and lemon. On the palate, the character of Muscat is showcased with a delicate and light taste, refreshing acidity, and satisfying length. The fruity elements dominate, followed by the floral notes of the variety, such as sweet rose.
Pairings:
“Psiles Korfes” is an aromatic and pleasant wine, suitable for any moment of enjoyment. It can be enjoyed on its own, as an aperitif, or paired with fruits or cheeses. It pairs subtly with refined and aromatic dishes from Greek and international cuisines, as well as with seafood dishes and sweet and sour delicacies. Best served at 8-10°C.
