On the palate, the fine bubbles are followed by flavors of butter caramel and brioche in the finish.
The blend consists of 40% Chardonnay, 57% Pinot Noir, and 3% Pinot Meunier, offering a balanced and rounded taste. The grapes are hand-picked, and 20-25% of the blend comes from reserve wines from previous years, contributing depth and complexity.
Ideal as an aperitif, this champagne can be enjoyed now but also has the potential to evolve and improve in the bottle for at least five years.
