Produced from overripe harvest, 15 days of sun-drying, and controlled fermentation, this wine is made from sun-dried grapes of Santorini’s finest varieties, including Mandilaria, Aidani, Assyrtiko, Athiri, and Mavrothiro. It encapsulates a wonderfully sweet taste, rich aroma, and a brilliant deep red color. While primarily intended for the sacrament of Holy Communion, it can also be served as an elegant dessert wine.
