ROCK ANGEL COTE DE PROVENCE 13.5%VOL. 750ml

For Rock Angel, the grapes from Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle, Syrah, and Tibouren are harvested at their optimal ripeness and carefully placed in 10-kilogram crates to prevent pressure from their own weight. Some of these grapes are harvested at night to avoid the stress caused by the heat and sunlight of the day. During the winemaking process, only the grapes that meet strict criteria for size, color, and even shape are selected!

Organoleptic Characteristics:

In the glass, it presents a very subtle rosé hue. The nose is exceptionally elegant, with aromas of white flowers such as jasmine and acacia, freshly cut green strawberries, red berries, and raspberries, all complemented by spicy notes of white pepper. On the palate, the wine has a medium body and a refreshing acidity that perfectly balances its slightly creamy texture, due to barrel aging and batonnage. Flavors of red berries, green almonds, and a pronounced minerality provide a long-lasting, delightful finish.

Pairings:

Pair it with sushi, shellfish, seafood risotto, or spaghetti with smoked salmon. Best served at 8°C.
