Traditional red winemaking. Aged in oak barrels for 6-8 months and then for 12 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
Dark purple in color. Complex on the nose with a strong presence of red fruits and sweet spices, complemented by aromas of vanilla and chocolate imparted by the oak. On the palate, it has body and distinctive tannins that ensure longevity. Subtle green notes appear in the finish.
Pairings:
It pairs well with grilled red meat, game, and soft cheeses. Serve at 18°C.
