Organoleptic Characteristics:

It has a soft golden-yellow color with bright highlights. Its aromatic profile is rich, with floral notes such as jasmine and mint, combined with citrus aromas like lemon and orange, as well as hints of ripe fruits like peach. On the palate, it presents a rounded and balanced taste, with good acidity that offers freshness and a pleasant aftertaste. The fruit and citrus aromas continue on the palate, with a slight minerality adding depth to the wine’s overall profile.

Pairings:

It pairs excellently with fried fish, fried calamari, battered zucchini and eggplant, fresh salads, and white cheeses. Best served at 8-10°C.
