It pairs perfectly with grilled shrimp, fried seafood, grilled calamari, seafood cocktails, grilled chicken, steamed mussels, swordfish kebabs. It can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or paired with a seafood platter, cheese platter, colorful summer salads, and fish fillet with white sauce. Best served at 8-10°C.
