In 2021, Chateau Nico Lazaridi White underwent a change in its varietal composition. The beautiful and popular blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Assyrtiko, now enhanced with a floral note from Malagousia, offers us a high-quality wine that continues the tradition of this label’s three-decade history.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
The wine features a bright color with intense greenish-yellow highlights. Its aromas are delicate yet intense, with a fruity character. On the palate, it shows impressive development with a subtle, pleasant acidity and a clean, fruity aftertaste that leaves a refreshing impression.
Pairings:
It pairs wonderfully with fresh salads, vegetable-based appetizers like zucchini fritters, grilled or fried fish, seafood, and lemon chicken. Best served at 8-10°C.
