NICO LAZARIDI CAVALIERI WHITE WINE 750ml

A label whose name refers to the Italian title of Cavaliere, awarded to members of the Nikos Lazaridis family. This wine is a blend of three varieties: the cosmopolitan Sauvignon Blanc, the Mediterranean Ugni Blanc, and the Greek Assyrtiko.

Organoleptic Characteristics:

Visually, the wine has a deep lemon color. On the nose, fresh aromas of pear, peach, and citrus harmoniously blend with hints of tea leaves and jasmine. The palate is rich, with a full body, intense acidity, and a long citrus finish. A portion of the Assyrtiko is aged in acacia barrels for 6 months, making the Cavalieri a white wine that can be enjoyed now but also has the potential to age for 4-5 years.

Pairings:

It pairs excellently with fresh salads, small fried fish, grilled fish, seafood, mushrooms, white meats, sushi, and pasta. Serve at 10-12˚C.
