Nestor S.A., established in 2015 following the partnership between the Agricultural – Winemaking Cooperative of Messinia “Nestor” and the Lafazanis family, is a new entrant in the wine industry. Spyros Lafazanis, with a long winemaking tradition from the vineyards and winery in Ancient Cleones of Nemea, was inspired by the region and decided to showcase the potential of the Messinian vineyard.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
The wine has a soft pale yellow color. It features an elegant aroma of flowers and fruits, with a balanced taste and a rich aftertaste.
Pairings:
It pairs excellently with pasta, seafood, and soft cheeses. Best served at 10°C.
