This year, just like every other, we adored it for its robust structure, intense presence, and intricate complexity that sets it apart from all the other rosés out there!
Organoleptic Characteristics:
It boasts a medium salmon color and an incredibly complex character that perfectly balances between barrel aromas like vanilla and caramel, and fresh, juicy fruits such as strawberry, cherry, peach, pomegranate, and pink grapefruit. Hints of rose and brioche complete this delightful ensemble. The taste is impressive, with a medium to full body, a creamy texture, and crisp acidity.
Pairings:
It pairs wonderfully with pasta dishes featuring smoked eel, grilled fatty fish, or stuffed tomatoes. Best served at 10°C.
