Montelobos Pechuga is a unique mezcal made from Espadin agave, with a special process that involves hanging a turkey breast in the distillate before the third and final distillation. This practice, along with the addition of local fruits and spices, gives the mezcal a distinctive flavor.

The flavors of Montelobos Pechuga include notes of orange chocolate, warmth from white pepper, salted butter, dry smoky aromas, and sweet dried fruits. The production process is artisanal, starting with 100% organic agave, which is roasted in volcanic stones underground and traditionally crushed using a volcanic stone tahona. Fermentation occurs naturally without the addition of external yeast, offering a balanced flavor. The mezcal is distilled twice in copper pot stills.
