Organoleptic Characteristics:
It has a medium pink color with aromas of red forest fruits combined with a subtle floral character. The palate is rich and creamy, with flavors of strawberries and cherries, refreshing acidity, and a long-lasting finish.
Pairings:
It pairs perfectly with green beans, seafood pasta, fried red mullet, chickpea fritters, spinach rice, lemony goat, and pizzas. Best served at 8-10°C.
