GOLD

On the nose, the whisky reveals citrus aromas, primarily lemon and orange peel, accompanied by a sweetness that softens but does not mask the essence. A subtle note of vanilla appears, followed by dark chocolate with extended floral and light oak notes. On the palate, the citrus and boiled sweets dominate, with hints of ginger and cinnamon. Gentle oak tones reveal toasted apples. The finish is moderately sweet, with woody and slightly dry aftertastes.

AMBER

The whisky initially presents a subtle, floral, and sweet citrus nose that intensifies, accompanied by notes of vanilla and freshly ground grains. This is followed by aromas of raisins, sultanas, cinnamon, as well as caramelized apples and caramel. On the palate, fresh green apples and lemons combine with cinnamon, while ginger notes appear as the fruits dominate, with subtle oak in the background. The finish is light to medium, with soft pastry-like notes, leaving a slightly dry aftertaste.

SIENNA

The whisky presents a delicate yet persistent vanilla nose, with vibrant notes of orange and the freshness of green apples adding balance. Luxurious white chocolate truffles and elegant oak notes complement the aroma. On the palate, dates, figs, and raisins dominate, followed by nutmeg, ginger, and notes of orange and apple, before vanilla reappears impressively. The finish is smooth, warm, and pleasant.

RUBY

Awakened from a long slumber in a dark and quiet warehouse, the aroma of European oak initially piques the nose before revealing reluctantly rich dried fruits and a subtle hint of sweetness. A hesitant sweetness makes its appearance, while the oak returns, polished and mature. On the palate, a surge of ginger, nutmeg, and resin heralds the presence of orange, sultanas, and raisins, with their restrained yet pervasive sweetness. Clove passes by momentarily, leaving the oak as the undisputed maestro. The finish is long, extended, and contemplative.
