Bodegas Lustau was founded in 1896, but the 1950s marked a significant milestone when Emilio Lustau Ortega moved the company’s headquarters to the Santiago area of Jerez. Since then, many things have changed, but the commitment to offering the highest quality sherries in a wide range remains unchanged. Deluxe Cream Sherry Capataz Andrés is made from Oloroso and PX, each of which has aged in its own solera.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
It has a bright mahogany color with concentrated aromas of ripe fruits and raisins. The palate is rich and luscious, complex, and very long-lasting, with a clean acidity.
Pairings:
This wine is the perfect companion for light desserts and cakes, but it can also be served with blue cheeses. Best served at 10-12°C.
