Lustau Solera Reserva Puerto Fino Sherry is a refined white wine from the Jerez region in Spain. It belongs to the category of dry sherries and is made exclusively from the Palomino grape variety. Puerto Fino matures under a layer of yeast, known as “flor,” in traditional oak barrels, giving it a unique finesse and complexity.

Organoleptic Characteristics:

Lustau Puerto Fino has a pale, straw-yellow color. On the nose, delicate aromas of almonds, white flowers, and salted sea breeze emerge, complemented by notes of fresh bread and green apple. On the palate, it is light and dry, with refreshing acidity and a characteristic salty finish that lingers.

Pairings:

It pairs perfectly with fresh seafood, shellfish, light cheeses, and dishes with salty elements, such as olives and almonds. It is also excellent as an aperitif. Best served chilled, at 7-9°C.
