This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are hand-harvested and carefully selected at the end of August. Fermentation takes place with a brief cold extraction in stainless steel tanks, and the wine is then refined on fine lees until bottling.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
The Chardonnay exhibits a vivid golden-yellow color with light greenish reflections. On the nose, it opens with fruity notes of banana, peach, and pistachio. On the palate, it is well-structured and concentrated, with a fresh fruity persistence and a pleasantly bitter finish.
Pairings:
It pairs wonderfully with appetizers, omelets, fresh cheeses, seafood, and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif. Best served chilled, at 10–12° C.
