Organoleptic Characteristics:
It has a golden-yellow, brilliant color. The aroma is intense with fruity notes of citrus, elegant hints of candied orange peel, and sweet apricot. The taste features overripe fruits, honey, and dried fruits, with a long-lasting finish and good persistence. The palate has a medium body and refined taste, thanks to a slight bitterness from citrus peel that balances the sweetness, despite a slight lack of acidity.
