Organoleptic Characteristics:
Yellow-white color with greenish highlights of medium intensity. The pleasant acidity is well balanced with floral aromas. It is characterized by a strong presence of white rose and jasmine, with a lemony aftertaste. Not suitable for aging.
Pairings:
It pairs excellently with seafood, fish, and shellfish. Best served at 10°C.
