Organoleptic Characteristics:

This is the velvety member of the Amethyst family. This ruby and radiant wine is created from the low-yielding vines of the main Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as Merlot and the Greek Limnio. It is a wine of high standards, with a complex and intriguing aroma acquired from aging in 225-liter oak barrels for about a year. It is a wine that can age for a long time in the bottle as well.

Pairings:

It pairs excellently with roast suckling pig, rabbit stew, crepes with minced meat and rich red sauce, and braised beef. Serve at 18°C in a tulip-shaped glass.
