The Moschofilero Anosis belongs to the category of wines that are always ready in our cellar, eager to accompany whatever dish we crave. Simos Lantides has certainly spoiled us with his exceptional collection, and the new vintage of this popular variety comes with a new name and a modern, elegant label that we really like.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
Even though the name has changed, the wine itself remains the same: crisp, refreshing, and irresistible! In the glass, it shines with its bright blonde hue. The rich aromatic palette brings to mind exotic fruits, with hints of melon and banana, combined with peach, apricot, and delicate touches of honey. It’s a refined wine with a strong body, good acidity, and a lemony flavor. The aftertaste is long-lasting and full of freshness.
Pairings:
It pairs perfectly with fish like red mullet and sea bream, salads, and cheese platters. Best served at 9-12°C.
