Now as a single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from estate vineyards in the cool climate of Amyntaio, this wine is reminiscent of Loire Valley styles, with citrus aromas, herbal notes, and an incredible freshness that leaves no one indifferent.

Organoleptic Characteristics:

The wine displays a bright white color with green highlights. Its aromas are complex, creating a strong sense of freshness. The nose is intense and typical of the variety, with dominant notes of bell pepper, cut grass, kiwi, and melon. The aromatic palette continues with scents of white flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate, the wine is rich, with a long-lasting presence and a return of aromas in the aftertaste, while the crisp lemony acidity adds vibrancy.

Pairings:

It pairs perfectly with fresh salads, dishes featuring peppers, artichokes, peas, tomato soup, steamed shellfish, and raw fish, as well as dishes with basil and lemon chicken. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif. Best served at 8°C.
