Paranga is one of the most well-known white wine labels in Greece, offering exceptional value for its price. It is primarily made from Roditis grapes grown in the cool region of Amyntaio, with 20% Malagouzia, which adds roundness to the palate and floral aromas. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 700 meters, in the vine-growing area of Agios Panteleimon in Amyntaio. This is a wonderful wine that can be enjoyed year-round and has the potential to age for 2-3 years after harvest.

Organoleptic Characteristics:

A classic blend from Kir-Yianni, featuring intense yet refined aromas of white-fleshed peach and apricot, typical of Malagouzia. The freshness of the mountainous Roditis contributes a refreshing acidity and vibrancy, creating a pleasant balance in the blend. The long, full, fruity aftertaste enhances the flavor intensity and highlights the wine’s charming character, marking an excellent vintage year.

Pairings:

It is pleasantly enjoyed on its own but also pairs beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine dishes. Best served at 8-10°C.
