Amalia Brut from Tselepos Estate boasts a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights and vibrant, large bubbles that persist. On the nose, intense and complex aromas of peach, pineapple, and pear are harmoniously blended with notes of orange zest, jasmine, and lemon blossom. The bouquet is completed by honey and autolytic aromas of dough and biscuit. On the palate, it is velvety, with a creamy mousse and a subtle sweetness that accentuates the peach and honey flavors. The acidity provides a sense of intensity and imparts a bitter almond note on the finish.

Enjoy it with oysters, soft white cheeses, fruits, or on its own as an aperitif. Serve at 7°C.
