On the palate, it is distinguished by the balanced interplay of alcohol, acidity, and tannins, giving it harmony and volume. In its long-lasting aftertaste, overripe fruits and cinnamon dominate.
Pairings:
Pairs well with meat dishes in spicy sauces, game, and aged yellow cheeses. It has significant aging potential. Decanting is recommended. Serve at 17-18°C.
