Organoleptic Characteristics:
Bright rosy color, almost cherry-red with bluish hues. Intense, clean aromas of sour cherry, cherry, and strawberry. The palate is full-bodied, with a wonderful balance of acidity and tannins. The taste is bold with a long finish.
Pairing:
Pairs excellently with fish, white meats, and dishes with richly seasoned meats, as well as with charcuterie and cooked vegetables. Best served at 8 – 12°C.
