KECHRIS AFROS RETSINA 12%VOL 750ml

The pioneer of Retsina, Stelios Kechris, decided about three years ago to shake things up even more with a Pet Nat Retsina, called Afros, from Kechris Winery. When you hear the words “Retsina” and “Kechris” in the same sentence, you know things are serious, and nothing will ever be the same again!

Organoleptic Characteristics:

Afros from Kechris Winery has a slightly hazy, pale lemon-green color. The nose is expressive and intense, with aromas of pine, mastiha, brioche, peach, citrus, grapefruit, ginger, and lemon. On the palate, it has a soft effervescence, medium body, and crisp acidity. Pine, rosemary, mastiha, mahleb, dough, peach, bitter orange, bergamot, citrus, and grapefruit fill each sip with flavor.

Pairings:

Pair it with smoked mackerel, cod with garlic sauce, or dishes with smoked salmon. Serve at 8°C.
