Artemis Karamolegos inherited both the passion and the art of winemaking from his grandfather, Artemis. Since then, the new facilities, the estate’s vineyard, and modern equipment allow us to enjoy exceptional wines. Karamolegos Santorini, made from Assyrtiko, Athiri, and Aidani, is a typical expression of the island’s terroir.

Organoleptic Characteristics:

On the nose, fruity and mineral aromas such as pear, peach, and wet stone dominate. Floral notes like jasmine and botanical hints from Athiri and Aidani varieties add complexity. On the palate, the wine is multidimensional and elegant, with a pronounced minerality and fruity elements. It has a full body, while its freshness gives it a gracefully balanced character.

Pairings:

Pairs perfectly with fish tartare, stuffed cabbage rolls with egg-lemon sauce, grilled prawns, shrimps, octopus, fried or grilled fish, and seafood appetizers. Serve at 9-11°C.
