Joseph Drouhin, with 73 hectares of vineyards, a large portion of which are located in Premiers and Grand Crus areas, is one of the largest and most important producers in Burgundy. His vineyards are spread across all the key Appellations of the region. Joseph Drouhin played a significant role in the revival of the Chablis area in the 1960s, when many vineyards had been abandoned.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
This Chablis has a pale golden color with greenish reflections. On the palate, it is dry, fruity, and easy to drink, with citrus aromas and subtle hints of fern and coriander that add depth. The finish is long and pleasant.
