The aromatic seeds and herbs—their blend is the secret of Ouzo. The unique aroma and velvety taste of JIVAERI result from the “marriage” of 14 carefully selected aromatic seeds and herbs, such as fennel, anise, nutmeg, and star anise.

During distillation, the “head” and the “tail” are removed—parts that contain components that alter the flavor and quality. By keeping only the “heart,” we offer a pure and refined distillate, Jivaeri ouzo.
